From there I moved to a lecture on the Panama Canal. It was very good. Alice went digital, again. At 11:00 I attended the free wine tasting for 4 and 5 star Mariners. It was informative, but I am glad I did not have to pay $15 for it. I met Alice in the room, and we went to lunch in the dining room. We sat at a table with Ursula. She is a very nice lady from Montreal. She was born in Germany, migrated to Elkhart, Indiana when she was a teen, and then lived in Crystal Lake before joining her husband in Montreal. She is full of great stories.
After lunch I went to Pirates 3. Alice went to crafts. On my way to the elevator I met a delightful German couple who were on the 2014 Grand South America. We will meet again to catch up. After Pirates, I moved to the Crow's Nest to work on this blog. No nap today. Time to go change for dinner.
Dinner was fun, as we have come to expect. The entertainment was a very good singer. Afterward we walked a mile and promptly retired. Our tour gathers at 7:30 tomorrow morning.
