This is Easter Sunday
and a sea day.
I was out walking deck 3
at 5:00 AM. It was warm, but very cloudy. A nondenominational Easter Sunrise
Service was schedule on deck 8 at 6:00 AM. I did not go up. The sky remained
dreary.
The Easter brunch
required reservations. Ours was for noon. We were seated at the same table we
have for dinner. This is nice because our stewards are so attentive to our
wants and needs. Brunch consisted of sweets, six sampler sized appetizers, six
sampler sized mains and 3 sampler sized desserts. The chefs really outdid
themselves in making this elegant and something special. They succeeded in
making our Easter away from hone special.

Monday – April 2, 2018
Today is another sea day
on our way to Cape Town. That will be our first opportunity to set foot on the
African continent. We are excited.
