February 8, 2019 - Sea Day - Friday, Day 33
We have the gift of a glorious sea day today as we cruise toward Colombo, Sri Lanka. More lectures, more walking the deck in the morning, and, of course, more eating. I visited the scale and confirmed that I will have to scale back on the intake. Tomorrow. Tonight we have dinner in the Pinnacle.
Yes the double use of "scale" was intended.
